Commercial Remodeling
This was a complete commercial renovation, including all new electrical and mechanical. The design includes interior and exterior, heavy timber construction, a custom bar, and a 30-foot custom adobe accent wall with sculpture in main dining area.
The exterior decor included pre-cast concrete columns at the entrance and on the patio. The renovation included a total remodel of both dine-in and carry-out kitchens, and installation of an independent ventilation system in the smoking area in the bar.
The building is approximately 4000 square feet, with CMU block and frame construction.
